TimePay — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 June 2026

TimePay (“the app”) is a work-hours and earnings tracker operated by Eldar Lazhuyeu (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and your choices. By using TimePay you agree to this policy.

1. Who controls your data

The data controller is Eldar Lazhuyeu. For any privacy question or request, contact us at elderblr2@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

We collect only what the app needs to work for you:

TimePay does not collect your location, and it contains no ads.

3. How we use your data

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing.

4. Where your data is stored

Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Storage). It is private to your account: our security rules ensure that only you, signed in, can read or write your own data. Data is encrypted in transit. Google processes this data on our behalf — see Google’s Firebase Privacy and Security information.

5. Analytics & crash reporting

We use Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics. These services may collect an analytics identifier, device and app information, and diagnostic data such as crash logs, in line with Google’s policies. This information is used only to operate and improve TimePay. See the Google Privacy Policy.

6. Your rights and choices

7. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as you use TimePay and for a reasonable period afterward. On an account-deletion request, we remove your stored data.

8. Children

TimePay is intended for adults who work and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact elderblr2@gmail.com and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
